Welcome to Assist Pest Services. By accessing our website (assistpestservices.com), booking a pest control treatment, or using our online billing portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Rendered

Assist Pest Services provides professional residential and commercial pest control services. All services are performed by licensed and certified applicators in accordance with regulations set by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). 

2. Booking, Pricing, and Cancellations

• Estimates and pricing are based on the information provided by the customer regarding property size and infestation level.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon physical inspection if the property conditions differ significantly from the initial service description.

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential service fees.

3. Online Payments

• By using our “Pay Online” portal, you authorize Assist Pest Services to charge your selected credit card or bank account for services rendered.

• All payment transactions are handled through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. 

4. Customer Responsibilities & Access

• The customer agrees to provide our technicians with safe access to the designated indoor and outdoor treatment areas at the scheduled appointment time.

• Customers must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment preparation instructions provided by our staff (such as clearing specific areas or keeping pets indoors) to ensure maximum safety and service efficacy.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we utilize industry-approved, state-regulated pest management methods, Assist Pest Services is not liable for structural damage caused by pests prior to or during treatment cycles, or for infestations that persist due to customer non-compliance with structural recommendations. We are also not liable for any damages done by the products used but shall comply with state and federal laws.
